Please note that MAT-TUNER cannot guarantee official after-sales service or support for products purchased through unauthorized channels.
To ensure reliable service and support, please purchase our products only through authorized dealers.

Some mAT-1F tuners purchased early on are not compatible with FTX-1 Field transmitters running firmware version V01-13. These tuners require a firmware upgrade. Please contact your dealer to have the firmware upgraded.
If you cannot obtain service from the seller because you purchased a product that was resold without authorization, you may send the tuner back to our company for a firmware upgrade. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the tuner. Please contact us for the mailing address.
Compatibility with Future YAESU Transceivers
YAESU-dedicated tuners are designed to work with supported YAESU transceivers currently available on the market. We will make reasonable efforts to support future YAESU transceiver models, but compatibility with models released in the future is not guaranteed.
If a firmware update to an existing tuner is required to support a future transceiver model, a small fee may apply.
Compatibility with Future YAESU Firmware
YAESU-dedicated tuners sold today are designed to work with existing versions of YAESU transceiver firmware. We will make reasonable efforts to support future firmware releases, but compatibility with future firmware is not guaranteed.
If a tuner firmware update is required to support a future transceiver firmware release, a small fee may apply.
